Law in Force
The sale contract between customer and www.aranciabellabionda.it shall be intended as concluded in Italy an regulated by Italian Law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance sale, if the customer is a natural person, the local jurisdiction shall lie with the court legally responsible at the municipality of residence; in any other case the local jurisdiction shall exclusively lie with the court legally responsible at Parlapiano Fruit SRL.
